Dear Children and Families,
Happy New Year! I hope you all had a restful and joyful holiday season. It is a pleasure to welcome you back to school as we begin this exciting new term filled with opportunities, growth, and achievement.
This year, we continue to build on our vision of creating a nurturing and inspiring environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. Together, we will strive for excellence, embrace new challenges, and celebrate the wonderful progress our children make every day.
I am delighted to share some fantastic news about our school’s future development. We will soon begin building works for our brand-new nursery provision for 2- to 3-year-olds, an exciting step forward in supporting our youngest learners. Additionally, we are proud to introduce a holiday club that will provide childcare for families all year round, offering even greater flexibility and support for our school community. This will start during the February half term.
We are thrilled to share the wonderful success of our recent Play and Stay sessions! These sessions, designed for children from birth to 5 years old, have been a fantastic opportunity for families to connect, play, and grow together in a warm and welcoming environment.
It’s been a joy to see babies and young children exploring, learning, and having fun while parents and carers share experiences and build friendships. The positive feedback we have received has been heart-warming, and we are so pleased to see the community coming together in such a meaningful way.
If you have not yet joined us, we would love to welcome you! Our Play and Stay sessions are open to all, and we encourage you to bring along friends and family who may also enjoy this wonderful experience.
Our dedicated PTA is also hard at work organising a wonderful cake sale on the 13th of February, and your support would be greatly appreciated. Whether by donating baked goods or simply coming along to enjoy the treats, your involvement helps to make events like this so special for our school.
Thank you, as always, for your commitment to our school community. I look forward to seeing the children thrive this term and witnessing the many successes that lie ahead. Let’s make 2025 a truly inspiring and productive year for all!
