The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25^th May 2018. The GDPR applies to organisations including schools that process personal or the new personal “sensitive” data. At St Paul’s CofE Primary School we have to handle a large amount of personal data and are working on ensuring compliancy with the GDPR that builds on the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998′.
