This week, Redwood Class went on an amazing trip to London Zoo! London Zoo is a unique conservation Zoo in the heart of one of the world’s most vibrant capital cities. For almost 20 years only fellows of the Society were allowed to access the Zoo for scientific study, until the doors were opened to the public in 1847 to help funding. Now it is one of the most frequented zoos in the country with a fascinating array of some of the finest and most exotic creatures from across the globe.
We took some pictures of our visit, which can be seen in the gallery below. Please click on the thumbnails for a larger view.
