Larch class have been learning about WW2 last term and have completed their drawing unit. In this unit we experimented with shading, creating different tones and lines with pencil and charcoal. We analysed WW2 images before creating our own.
We studied a famous artist during that period, LS Lowry, and the style and features of his work. Next, we created perspective through line, shape and tone and experimented with colour and various media to create artwork in the style of the artist.
We are delighted with the results!
