Larch class have been learning about the Stone Age period this term and during their art lessons they learnt about prehistoric jewellery and what materials were used to create it. The children designed Stone Age beads in their sketchbooks and used air dried clay to make ball, barrel, cube, and tooth shapes.

The children thought about the colours, patterns, shapes, and the order they will arrange them in, ready for painting in the next art session.
