Were lucky enough to participate in a cross-country running competition in Burgess Park against other schools. They ran two and a half laps of a circuit and points were awarded for each finisher.

All children participated and did their best with one of the girls, Bianca finishing in 2nd place which was a great achievement. All members of Chestnut class demonstrated massive effort and sportsmanship throughout the morning. After all the points were totalled, Chestnut Class came in 2nd place and luckily they even managed to avoid the rain!
