The children at St Paul’s continue to enjoy using Mathletics, an engaging digital platform that supports their maths learning both in the classroom and at home.
Teachers use it to set personalised tasks that align with current teaching and each pupil’s individual ability, allowing children to practise key skills at their own pace. The activities are interactive, colourful, and often game‑based, helping to keep younger learners motivated.
One of Mathletics’ key strengths is its ability to provide immediate feedback, enabling pupils to see their progress straight away. Teachers also benefit from detailed reports that highlight how each child is performing, allowing them to tailor future lessons more effectively.
Overall, Mathletics is a valuable tool for reinforcing core maths concepts, building confidence, and making maths practice more enjoyable for primary school pupils.
At the end of each week, based on participation and achievement, three children across the school are selected to receive a medal each (Gold, Silver, and Bronze). Here are our medallists for the Spring term!
