This term, we are learning about the weather, and in our DT lessons we will be constructing a windmill. We have designed our windmill, and after learning about the artist Yayoi Kusuma, we explored the patterns and colours she uses by painting with inks in our sketchbooks.

We also used acrylic paints in our chosen colours to paint our windmill structures and will decorate them in the next session. Look at all these beautiful, vibrant patterns and colours Maple class!
