Maple class have been exploring the natural phenomenon of the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights). We looked closely to see what colours and shapes we could spot in the lights and recorded our observations in sketchbooks. We then showcased this in our own artwork, smudging and blending using chalk pastels.
