On Wednesday 2nd July 2025 Ash class visited the Natural History Museum as part of their Capital and Culture topic ‘ Dinosaur Planet.’

They took part in the Super Stegosaurus workshop where they learnt about the life of Sophie the Stegosaurus . They also took on the role of palaeontologist putting together a massive 3D jigsaw Stegosaurus and examined different parts of Sophie’s anatomy: Head, plates and spikes.

After lunch, the children roamed around the Dinosaur gallery. They even spotted the Dodo!!! As they have also been learning about animals that are extinct.
