Redwood Class are developing their drawing and shading skills, creating lighter and darker tones while learning new techniques. We explored these in our sketchbooks and will investigate patterns and textures using charcoal in upcoming art sessions.

Today, we applied our observational skills to sketch a landscape of the school grounds. We selected a compelling view and took our time to add detail and texture. Next, we will use charcoal to bring depth, shading, and more detail to our landscape drawings.
