On Wednesday 10th September 2025, the entire Keystage 2 and staff set off for a day at the theatre. We were very generously donated some tickets to visit the Southwark Playhouse to marvel at the shakespearean classic “A Midsummer Nights Dream”.
A Midsummer Night’s Dream is a comedy play written by William Shakespeare in about 1595 or 1596. The play is set in Athens, and consists of several subplots that revolve around the marriage of Theseus and Hippolyta.
The children were truly wowed by the experience and we are very much looking forward to visiting this amazing theatre playhouse again soon.
