On Monday 5th November, our Nursery children were learning all about Fireworks. They used materials such as card and coloured tissue paper to make their own interpretation of Fireworks, using the coloured paper to represent the bright flames and radiant explosions made by the many varieties of Fireworks available today.
The children also learnt about Firework safety and how even though they are alot of fun and beautiful to look at, we have to be extremely careful around them. To finish the day, children created some beautiful firework displays using black card as their backgrounds and colourful paint daubs for the bright explosions.
