Get fit with Criss Cross Active

Every Friday lunchtime children from years 3-6 have the opportunity to join a Fun & Fitness sessions with Kisha from Criss Cross Active. Kisha emphasises the importance of developing skills related fitness. This term we are getting fit with the skipping ropes and mini hurdles.

We are primarily developing speed, agility, coordination and leg strength. The children are learning new jumping and skipping skills; they are benefitting hugely from the sessions and enjoying being active in this way. Kisha runs a free Saturday morning Fun & Fitness session at Lollard Street Adventure Playground.
