Anti-Bullying Week 2017

All Different, All Equal

Its anti-bullying week this week at St Pauls Primary School and we have workshops running throughout the week discussing what bullying is, how to spot it,

what to do if you see someone being bullied and what to do if you are being bullied.

One of the workshops today was very exciting as the children were using technology to observe a situation where a child was being bullied by another individual in a group. The children were using virtual reality headsets to watch this scene on a video. They had 360 degree vision so could observe everything that was happening around the scene and who was watching and how they were reacting to the situation. The children then stopped to have a discussion about what they had seen in the video and how it made them feel.

We shot a video of the workshop with Redwood class so that you can see the children getting involved in this interesting workshop. To watch the video, please click on the play button.
